01 What this is
A complete list of third-party services we use to operate the license server, payments, and customer notifications. Because Code Indexer software runs entirely on your infrastructure, none of these sub-processors ever receive your source code, indexed data, embeddings, or AI queries. They only touch the limited account and billing data described below. This list is referenced from our Privacy Policy and incorporated by reference into our DPA for Enterprise customers.
02 Notice of changes
We notify customers at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor by email to billing contacts. You may object during the notice window; if we cannot accommodate the objection, you may terminate the affected service for a prorated refund.

04 What is NOT a sub-processor
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, ad networks, or behavioural-tracking vendors anywhere on this site. We do not use third-party LLM APIs to process your code — Code Indexer ships local-first models. Uptime is monitored externally by UptimeRobot, which only queries public health-check endpoints and never receives any personal or customer data, so it is not a sub-processor under GDPR Art. 28. Self-hosted Enterprise deployments can be configured to skip Cloudflare and Resend entirely.
